North Tan Uyen’s mini-football tournament for State employees and laborers concludes

After a half-month of competition, the 2014 North Tan Uyen mini-football tournament for State employees and laborers concluded on the afternoon of July 27.

This year’s tournament absorbed 21 teams from units under the district’s Labor Confederation. Finally, Honda Co.Ltd. excellently won the champion title. Dat Cuoc commune ranked second while Tan Thanh commune ranked third. The organizing board also awarded the fair-play prize together with the prizes for the best football player and the best goalkeeper.

This was a chance for State employees and laborers to meet and show solidarity among their units, aiming to create an impetus for emulation to set achievements in celebration of the year’s great holidays. The tournament also aimed to promote the development of sports movement among State employees and laborers, contributing to improving their health for better labor productivity.
