North Tan Uyen safely handles waste generated during pandemic

In August 2021, leaders of North Tan Uyen district’s People's Committee directed the People's Committees of communes and township to tighten control over public land and focus on definitively resolving cases involved encroachment of public land.

The district also continued managing and treating waste generated during the Covid-19 pandemic, thereby minimizing the risks of environmental pollution and pandemic outbreak. In addition, the district further strengthened monitoring and processing of agricultural and forestry land in the war zone D with focus on implementing plans approved by the province. Based on the direction of all-level authorities, the district will continue rechecking, setting up a plan handling the remaining cases and then submit it to the province for approval.
