Number of businesses resuming operation after Tet reaches over 82%
The Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs reported that, following a review of localities and enterprises in the province, by the end of February 5th (the 8th day of Tet), 82.075% of enterprises had resumed operations after the Tet holiday. Additionally, 85.3% of workers had returned to work out of the total number of workers.
The number of enterprises in industrial parks that resumed operations reached approximately 81.65%, while the percentage of workers returning to work out of the total workforce was 85.75%. Approximately 82.5% of enterprises outside industrial zones have resumed operations, with 84.85% of employees returning to work out of the total number of employees.
It is expected that in the coming days, the operations of businesses and the return of workers will improve and stabilize, similar to the situation before Tet.
