Offering help to the disadvantaged

Provincial Sponsoring Association for the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients yesterday organized a ceremony to give financial support for economic development, present wheelchairs and scholarships to 86 disadvantaged people with a total cost of more than VND333.6mln.
