Offering Mid-Autumn gifts to children and pediatric patients with difficult circumstances

Provincial Women's Union and Thuan An city’s Women's Union coordinated with the Buddhist Women's Association branch, business owners and donors to give gifts for children and pediatric patients with difficult circumstances in Thuan An city and Thu Dau Mot city.

On September 26, the delegation visited and donated 50 gifts to pediatric patients being treated at Thuan An city’s Medical Center. Vo Thi Thu Thuy, Chairwoman of Thuan An city’s Women's Union, on behalf of the delegation, visited and encouraged these children and their relatives. Next, the delegation visited and donated Mid-Autumn gifts to pediatric patients at provincial General Hospital. This meaningful activity motivated and encouraged the spirit of pediatric patients, helping them get more joy on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Also on this occasion, provincial Women's Union and Buddhist Women's Association branch organized a Mid-Autumn festival for orphans, disadvantaged children and offspring of workers living away from home at Sung Hung pagoda in Ben Cat town and Bo De Dao Trang pagoda in Thuan An city. In the two visiting places, the Organization Board gave 550 gifts for these children.
