Offering support to 2 children with difficult circumstances

Early August 17, the program of "Nurturing aspirations" organized by provincial Children's Fund in collaboration with Binh Duong Radio and Television Station visited and offered support to Vo Huynh Bao Ngoc's family in Di An city’s Tan Dong Hiep ward and Ta Thanh Thien's family in Thuan An city’s Vinh Phu ward.

Vo Huynh Bao Ngoc suffers from congenital heart disease and has had heart catheterization twice at Ho Chi Minh city-based Children's Hospital 2. Currently, the doctor has prescribed further surgery to maintain her health. The cost of heart surgery is about 60 million dong, but her family belongs to a difficult household. Her parents are workers with unstable and low income.

Whilst, Ta Thanh Thien now faces kidney disease. His right kidney was removed. The doctor has prescribed another surgery for him with the cost of about VND23 million. His family belongs to a poor household. And he now live with my father and grandparents.

The delegation encouraged the families of the two children to overcome difficulties and gave each of them VND 20 million. On this occasion, local authorities and donors also offered gifts to the two families, helping them have more conditions to take care of the children.
