In the early days of July 2024, we went to Thuan An City Public Administration Center. Here, people and organizations, who came to carry out administrative procedures, were instructed by officials to register for public service online accounts and submit online applications on the Administrative Procedures and Information System of Binh Duong Province. At the same time, individuals and organizations also benefit from personalized, easy-to-understand assistance provided by volunteers from Thu Dau Mot University. They receive guidance on how to complete administrative procedures, including document scanning and submission, account creation, and instructions for updating VNeID account usage information.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, a resident of An Thanh ward, Thuan An city, shared: “I came to the center to do administrative procedures for the first time. There are so many new things that I haven't yet understood. Luckily, thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of the volunteers and center staff, I completed the application quickly, neatly, and was very satisfied with the service. I thank the center staff for enthusiastically assisting me in completing land procedures. There were many people and many documents, but the center staff helped us complete the procedure in just 15 minutes. I really value the helpful attitude of the staff at the center."

Not only were they satisfied with the instructions, but many people also appreciated the investment in modern facilities at the Public Administration Center. Mr. Le Hoang Long, a resident in Binh Chuan ward, Thuan An city, said: “So modern! As I walked through the center gate, I was directed to a 55-inch LED screen to learn about the online application processes. Scan the barcode with your phone and you'll have all the information you need! By using this method, propaganda aimed at the population will be easily noticeable, memorable, and should be promoted throughout the province. I appreciate and am very satisfied with the modernity and friendliness of the center."

Through the 55-inch LED screen located at Thuan An City's Public Administration Center, people clearly understand administrative procedures and have more information about forms of online fraud.

Actions for people

The highlight of the Thuan An City Public Administration Center is that all center staff have acted in unison under the direction of the City Party Committee and People's Committee. Volunteers and officials are adequately trained on new regulations to guide people and organizations. Vo Ngoc Diep, student of Thu Dau Mot University, a volunteer at the center, said: “For many months, every day we have guided and supported hundreds of applications. When we see people doing digital processes and completing their work, we are very happy. "This enables us to keep serving the community."

In addition to preparing resources and people, Thuan An City Public Administration Center has prepared many utilities to prepare for the construction of e-government. Bringing the land use tax payment counter of Thuan An City Tax Department to the center creates many favorable conditions for people to pay land tax and other taxes. The center also sets up a methodical process on LED screens in a modern direction; processes and summary tables that are concise and easy for people to remember and understand.

Pham Dang Tung, Deputy Director of Thuan An City Public Administration Center, shared: “There are many things to do, but all center staff always try and do their best to serve the people, especially popularizing administrative procedures on digital platforms. At the same time, there is propaganda to raise awareness of online fraud. We put up LED screens for information dissemination with the hope that all people will benefit from digital transformation as doing administrative procedures through digital platforms."

Since the digital transformation processes in administrative procedures have been accelerated, processing has not been delayed in the system, which has contributed to improving Index 766. This result is achievable due to the collective efforts of all officials and civil servants in Thuan An City. While the center's professional staff focuses on creating memorable and easy-to-use propaganda images, other departments, such as business registration counters and counters related to land and construction, are also very active. Officials work hard and enthusiastically so that people who come to do administrative procedures are satisfied. If the process is difficult, we will resolve it there.

Nguyen Thanh Uy, Vice Chairman of Thuan An City People's Committee, said that over the past six months, the City People's Committee had overseen the successful implementation of administrative procedures services, ensuring timely resolution of online services in the digital environment. The City People's Committee will endeavor to advance the utilization of information technology and ensure the timely publication of administrative procedures, with particular emphasis on digital platforms; focus on propaganda to raise awareness for officials, party members and people about online service utilities; continue to develop and implement digital platform consulting programs to streamline administrative processes, fostering a professional and efficient modern administration., contributing to successfully building e-government, digital government, Binh Duong smart city...
