One person was killed and two others went missing following a flood in Parigi Moutong regency, Central Sulawesi province in Indonesia, the country's national disaster management agency reported on June 23.
Abdul Muhari, the agency’s spokesperson, said the flood washed away a bridge, cut off a village and affected 120 households. It also damaged houses, forcing some villagers to take shelter at the local government headquarters.
The Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics forecasts that heavy rain will last until June 24./.
