Online business registration up nearly 40%

According to the Business Registration Office under provincial Department of Planning and Investment (DoPI), in 2022, province-based units and enterprises have been proactive to change to online business registration, instead of directly filing records at the one-stop department. The number of enterprises with online business registration over the past time increased significantly. Specifically, in 2022, this unit received 59,860 applications for online registration (including notifications of amendments and supplements), an increase of 33.8% compared to the same period in 2021.

Provincial DoPI said that in addition to encouraging enterprises to switch to online business registration, the department has regularly informed and propagandized central and provincial policies on supporting production-business recovery after the pandemic for enterprises and workers with difficulties on its website while regularly keeping in contact with enterprises via phone, Zalo or email in order to grasp their operational situation for timely support.
