“Online public service point” model in TDM opens

On the afternoon of November 30, provincial Working Group of the Project on "Developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" (briefly called the Project 06) held a ceremony to open a  model on online public service point under the Project 06 in Phu Hoa 1 residential area in Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu Hoa ward. The ceremony was attended by Major General Le Minh Hieu, Deputy Director of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) under the Ministry of Public Security; leaders of departments, sectors of the province and Thu Dau Mot city.

At the ceremony, representative of provincial Working Group of the Project  06 said that the model of online public service point at grassroots units has aimed at contributing to creating 3 strategic breakthroughs, taking people and businesses as the center while focusing all priority resources for the implementation of the Project 06. The online public service model has aimed at successfully implementing the Project 06, with focus on the group of utilities serving public services, creating favorable conditions for people and organizations to perform procedures for registration and use of online public services on the National Service Portal.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Le Minh Hieu said that the use of online public services in registration and settlement of administrative procedures has brought many conveniences in the process of handling administrative procedures. Citizens and businesses can register for online public service records 24 hours a day anywhere. The lookup of information on procedures and status of documents is quick and convenient. Registration procedures for online public services are simple and convenient... Therefore, the province’s public service point model under the Project 06 in Phu Hoa 1 residential area in Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu Hoa ward has very important meaning in administrative reform, digital transformation to improve the quality of serving people and businesses.
