Operations of semi-professional force (113 force) and Mobile Team for managing traffic incidents
On the afternoon of March 17, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Committee, presided over a meeting to review reports concerning the Project for organizing the activities of the semi-professional Force (113 force) and the Project for the Mobile Team to address traffic incidents in the province following the disbandment of the district-level police on March 1. The meeting was attended by Mrs. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Council; Colonel Ta Van Dep, Director of provincial Police Department; and representatives from various departments, branches, sectors, and localities.
To date, the aforementioned two forces comprise over 500 personnel. Throughout the implementation period, the 113 force and the Traffic Incident Handling Mobile Team, operating under the direct oversight of the District and City Police, have collaborated with the police to safeguard political, cultural, and festival events, proactively manage traffic at critical intersections, and significantly enhance traffic safety within the province. During the meeting, delegates concentrated on discussing several issues related to the District Police's non-operational periods, as well as salary disbursement and support in accordance provincial People's Council resolution.

In concluding the meeting, Vo Van Minh, Chairman of provincial People's Committee, consented to summarize and terminate the activities of the aforementioned two projects. He also requested that the Provincial Police collaborate with relevant departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Council on addressing the unemployment support program for the two specified groups.
