Opportunely setting up plans, key directions on administrative reform and digital transformation, Project 06

Early January 15, provincial Steering Committee for administrative reform and digital transformation, Project 06, Smart City (briefly called the Steering Committee) held a regular conference to evaluate the results of implementing tasks over the past time, set out key orientations in the future. Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, representative of the Center for Public Administration reported on the implementation of administrative procedure reform under the Set of Indicators 766 in the past week. Accordingly, last week, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development promptly submitted relevant documents to provincial People's Committee Chairman to announce 3 decisions with 46 administrative procedures and make them public on the National Database on Administrative Procedures to ensure the prescribed time.

At the conference, representatives of provincial Police Agency, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Science and Technology and related departments spoke to clarify shortcomings in reforming administrative procedures, making digital transformation, Project 06, smart city...while proposing solutions to remove bottlenecks in implementing tasks in each field in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Minh requested relevant departments and sectors to continue solutions to remove difficulties and improve the Set of Indicators 766, focusing on a number of important indicators such as transparent declaration, progress of processing documents, handling overdue documents, digitizing documents, satisfaction level...Provincial People's Committee Chairman requested provincial Department of Home Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Science and Technology and Police Agency to coordinate with relevant units to urgently set up plans, orientations and tasks for 2024; summarized provincial administrative reform, digital transformation, Project 06, smart city in 2023, implementing tasks for 2024.
