Orientation, motivation to promote development

The Resolution of Party congresses at all levels is the orientation and driving force for socio-economic development. In fact, bringing the Resolution of Party congresses at all levels to life is an important political task, requiring the great effort and determination of the whole political system, the unity and consensus of the will and action of a large number of cadres, Party members and people. Returning to the "new normal" state, along with socio-economic recovery, provincial Party Committees at all levels are making efforts to bring the resolution to life.

The Party Committees at all levels in the province have quickly implemented the Resolution after the Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th national Party Congress ended. However, bringing the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels is still delayed in some places, due to the complicated developments of the pandemic.

Determining the importance of bringing the Resolution to life, the Party committees at all levels in the province are making efforts to quickly implement the Resolution which is seen as a basis, orientation and motivation to successfully realize the goals and tasks set out by the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, especially the goals and tasks of 2021. Determining the successful implementation of the goals and tasks in 2021 is of special importance because this is the "hinge" year of the entire term, the Party committees at all levels have bent on bringing the resolution into life. One of the immediate tasks of the Party Committees at all levels is to propagandize the resolution to cadres, Party members, Youth Union members and people from all strata in order to raise awareness and uphold their active role in the implementation of the Resolution. The time from now to the end of the year is not much, so along with thoroughly grasping, implementing and studying the Resolution, the Party committees at all levels step up direction for the completion of the goals and tasks set out in the year.

In order to complete the goals and tasks in the year after a long period of social distancing for Covid-19 prevention and control, creating conditions for the business community and people to recover socio-economic activities is defined by the Party committees at all levels as one of the local urgent tasks at present. Many solutions and measures to fulfill the "dual goals" have been implemented by the Party committees at all levels. These solutions and measures have quickly brought results. Province-based enterprises have returned to production and business; life services are resumed; markets and shops are reopened; works continue being constructed… All are step by step deciding on the completion of the goals and tasks of 2021 that are being expected by the Party committees at all levels.

With the high efforts of the Party Committees at all levels and the whole political system, it is believed that the goals and tasks of 2021 will be completed, paving the way for the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels.
