Outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle honored
Early May 15, a get-together to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2025) and review 10 years of implementing the 12th Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW on "Accelebration of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle” was held at the Political Center of Thuan An city’s Party Committee.
Over the past decade, studying and following Uncle Ho's example has become a persistent emulation movement, being deeply ingrained in the entire political system and in the lives of the people in Thuan An city. Creative and effective models, namely "Friendly Government", "Public Service for the People", "Support for Poor Patients", "Sen Viet Charity Kitchen" and "Sharing Love – Connecting Compassion", with over 117,000 gifts worth more than VND 31.7 billion delivered to those in need… have left a significant mark and been widely replicated.
Environmental protection movements have also spread strongly with 92 self-managed environmental teams, 56 civilized roads and inspiring initiatives like "For Our Homeland River", which cleaned over 1.1 kilometers of canals and “Tree of Commendation for a Thousand Good Deeds” aimed at students.
*On the same day, Ben Cat city’s Party Committee also held a ceremony to commemorate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and summarize 10 years of implementing the Directive No. 05-CT/TW. Over the past 10 years, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle has been widely implemented, contributing to improving the local Party-building efforts and socio-economic development. Leaders at all levels have proactively developed plans for dialogue and promptly addressed concerns by the people and businesses through effective models such as "Close to the People, Helping the People", "Morning Coffee with Enterprises", and "Direct Dialogues with Businesses”…
The city has also deployed many practical administrative reform models such as "Friendly Public Offices for the People", "Working on Saturdays", and "After-Hours Document Delivery", creating favorable conditions for citizens, especially workers and laborers. Propaganda efforts have been strongly innovated through the effective use of digital platforms and social media.

Over the past decade, Bau Bang district’s Party Standing Committee and Party organizations have paid close attention to leadership, direction, dissemination and effective and serious implementation of the directive. The campaign to study and follow Uncle Ho has been closely linked with the implementation of the central Resolution of the 4th session of the 13th Party Central Committee, the Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW and the political tasks of each agency and unit.
The development of term-based and annual plans has been methodically implemented in association with practical realities. The integration of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle into Party cell activities and the operations of agencies and units has been carried out regularly, closely associated with the tasks of Party building and rectification…
On this occasion, many outstanding collectives and individuals who have excelled in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle were honored by the People's Committees of the district and province. Notably, there were three individuals awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal by the State President; one collective awarded the emulation flag and two individuals awarded the certificates of merit by the Prime Minister.
