To help workers better understand the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term as well as the responsibilities of citizens, the provincial Trade Union has so far distributed 15,000 propaganda leaflets issued by the provincial Trade Union. The provincial Election Commission has provided more than 1,500 grassroots trade unions and 35,000 propaganda leaflets designed and printed by the provincial Trade Union to over 1,200 trade unions in the province. Most of the trade unions, after receiving them, propaganda is distributed to their union members and employees and post them on bulletin boards and at workers' entry and exit points.
In addition, the provincial Trade Union also launched the peak propaganda campaign about the election in the provincial Trade Union system. In which, the units focused on hanging banners, banderoles and propaganda slogans according to the design of the provincial Trade Union. Up to now, nearly 2,400 Communist Party organizations have hung banners, banderoles and slogans; more than 3,600 communist trade unions grasped the information (97%) and over 750,000 employees have access to election propaganda information through different forms (95%). “The provincial Trade Union launched the sharing of election information to employees in many forms such as creating leaflets, documents, and letters to mobilize employees to actively participate in the election, and at the same time, effectively implement epidemic prevention; beautiful images related to the election have been posted and shared. The communication media at the establishment such as internal loudspeakers, union bulletin boards, social networks, etc. are effectively used to serve the propaganda," said Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Deputy President of the provincial Trade Union.
The provincial Trade Union has also developed a set of questions and answers on the election and sent it to all trade unions for trade union members to actively participate by focusing on the content related to workers who are temporary residents and how to cast the ballots.

In parallel with the propaganda, the work of advising and proposing to the employers to arrange suitable production timetable and ensure the rights and obligations of workers on the election day was comprehensively carried out by the provincial Trade Union. The review of trade unions at all levels revealed that 3 enterprises in the whole province with production lines that must work on election day will ensure time for employees to exercise their citizen rights and obligations.
Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran added that the provincial Trade Union has made statistics of businesses in the area working all day on Sunday to mobilize workers to take a day off to go to the polls. Through the review, more than 1.2 million employees working in 29 industrial zones of the province will have their Sunday off to vote.
In the past time, propaganda on election day has been interested in and supported by trade unions and business leaders at all levels. guyen Minh Tien, Chairman of the Trade Union of General Shoes Co. Ltd. in Thuan An city, said that the company has about 7,000 working employees and was informed about the meaning of election day. Not only on Sunday, if the election day falls on any other day of the week, the company would also facilitate employees to well perform their rights and obligations. And, Nguyen Thai Hoa, a representative of Sunmore Vietnam Co. Ltd in Thu Dau Mot City said: “The company's internal loudspeaker system continuously propagates during mealtimes and breaks about the importance of the election, on the rights and responsibilities of voters, and election rules. We consider election day as a national festival.”
Along with that, leaders at all levels of trade unions of industrial parks have also actively mobilized trade unions to respond to propaganda about the election to workers for many months. Dang Thi Kim Chi, President of VSIP Trade Union said: “The Communist Party mobilizes workers to actively participate in the election in many forms and to be vigilant and fight against misrepresentations, conspiracies and actions to sabotage the election of opportunistic and hostile forces, and violations of the election law.
