In the first half of 2016, the whole province set up 676 inspection delegations, including 602 inter-sectoral ones, up 4% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The inspection delegations carried out inspection tours to 9,027 facilities, 7,366 of which met conditions on food safety and 1,661 infringing them. They also imposed a total fine of more than VND200million on 70 wrong cases and warned 1,591 others; destroyed more than 1,436 kg of unsafe food…
