Over 100 dancers attend champs for dancesport clubs 2014

On the evening of July 13, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism kicked off the 3rd provincial Championship for Dancesport Clubs 2014.

This year’s tournament absorbed more than 100 athletes from 18 dancesport clubs in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and HCM city. All the athletes will compete in 29 dance categories: the E class for middle-aged dancers in the Standard category, the D class for teenagers in the Standard category.... The organizing board will award 29 sets of medals to excellent individuals and doubles.

The tournament aims to promote the movement of dancesport in Binh Duong and other localities in the region. This is also a chance for dancers to exchange and share mutual experience for better performance.
