Provincial Department of Population and Family Planning just implemented a campaign for the first time in 2012 across 43 hamlets and communes of the province on service packages of reproduction postponement, intrauterine device (IUD), birth control injection, contraceptive implant and pills, and condom.As reported by the department, 16,325 people have been offered with the service packages.
