Over 180 Youth Union cadres, members in Di An give blood

Di An town’s Red Cross Society has just coordinated with HCM city-based Cho Ray Hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center to organize a voluntary blood donation campaign.

The town-based agencies, sectors, schools and firms mobilized more than 180 cadres and members to take part in the campaign. Thus, since early this year, the town has held 5 voluntary blood donation campaigns with more than 1,070 participants and collected 1,068 units of blood or 76.3% of the whole year’s target. The town will continue kicking off 2 such campaigns from now till year the end of the year.
