Implementing the Vietnam Trade Union's 10th plenum Resolution and the provincial Party Committee's Instruction No.03-CT/TU dated March 5, 1997 and the provincial Party Committee's Program No.51-CT/TU dated Nov. 6, 1997 on "strengthening the Party and mass body building work at private and foreign enterprises", all level trade unions across the province have so far introduced 6,252 elite trade unionists to the Party organization and simultaneously admitted as many as 2,669 new party members, 163 of whom are laborers at non-state businesses.The highlighted character in the Party building work is that all level trade unions have cooperated together to successfully build model of Party development at non-state enterprises through operation of 5 party cells and upper trade unions.Reported by K.Ha - Translated by A.C
