Over 250 people give blood

On July 29, Thuan An town’s Red Cross Society in collaboration with HCM city-based Cho Ray Hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center held a voluntary blood donation program at the town’s Center for Political Training.
With the message of “A drop of blood saves a life”, the program absorbed more than 250 participants, including officials, members of the local Red Cross Society and Youth Union. As a result, the organizers collected more than 200 units of blood.
It is known that all the blood amount will be transferred to hospitals to serve patients in need of blood.
