Over 30,860 cases get help during Humanitarian Month 2019

Under the Humanitarian Month 2019, provincial Red Cross Societies at all levels got involved in many practical activities, including providing free medical check-up, medicine and gifts; building, upgrading “red cross” houses; awarding scholarships; providing free meals for poor patients at hospitals…

As a result, during the month, the whole province had a total of 30,868 cases receiving help of more than VND9billion from provincial Red Cross Societies at all levels. Particularly, provincial Red Cross Society offered help of more than VND1.1billion to 2,362 cases while 28,506 cases were supported with VND8.1billion from its branches at district and grassroots levels.
