Over 300 enterprises in Thuan An attend dialogue on responsibilities for employees

Over the past time, Thuan An city’s functional sectors organized many meetings with representatives of the local enterprises, asking for them to seriously realize obligations to employees.

Specifically, at a recent dialogue with enterprises on the issue of paying social, health and occupational accident insurance premiums for employees, the city's functional agencies disseminated basic contents on the Labor Code and issues related to the rights and obligations of employers. Representatives of more than 300 enterprises participating in the dialogue acquired contents presented by representatives of the city’s functional sectors and affirmed that they will always comply with the provisions of the law and fully implement obligations to employees. With good welfare policies, these enterprises expect to retain and attract more employees.
