Over 70% of roads in Thoi Hoa covered by asphalt

Since early September 2013, Thoi Hoa commune in Ben Cat district has had more than 70% of rural traffic roads covered by asphalt and the remaining roads with gravel that are now under procedures to be covered by asphalt.

In addition to well-built roads, many other infrastructure facilities in the commune, including schools, health station, headquarter of communal People’s Committee, communal cultural house, offices of hamlets…have been built very spaciously, creating favorable conditions for the local people to study, work and amuse themselves. Noticeably, there are now 100% of the local households in use of electricity and clean water, according to Vo Chi Tam, Chairman of Thoi Hoa communal People’s Committee.
