Over 700 Tet gifts given for disadvantaged people

*On the occasion of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2017, Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Co.Ltd. in collaboration with the Red Cross Society of Phu Cuong ward in TDM city offered 113 gifts worth VND300,000 each to disadvantaged people, bringing them a warm and happy Tet.

*Provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients yesterday visited and presented 200 gifts worth VND60million, funded by BIDV’s Binh Duong branch, to disadvantaged people in Phu Giao district’s Tan Hiep and Phuoc Sang communes.

Today, February 2, the association in collaboration with provincial Businesswomen Association continues visiting and presenting 400 Tet gifts to the local disabled people, orphans and poor patients.

*Prior to that, Thuan An town’s Red Cross Society offered 40 Tet gifts, funded by Nhat Nguyen pagoda, to the local poor households and Agent Orange victims.

It is known that each gift worth VND400,000 included rice, instant noodle, cooking oil, soya sauce, seasoning powder, confectionary and VND100,000 in cash.
