Over 900 farmers in TDM town win the title of “good farmer in production and business”

Over the past years, TDM town’s Farmers’ Society actively mobilized the local farmers to take part in the emulation movement of “Good farmer in production and business”, help each other in economic development, make a shift on animal and plant structure, contributing to the local new rural construction.

The town’s Farmers’ Society organized 120 classes and seminars on effective models in production and business while disbursing more than VND87bln in loans for 7,136 members. After three year-implementation of the emulation movement “Good farmer in production and business”, the whole town also had over 900 farmers recognized as “good farmers in production and business” at all levels.

In the 2012 and 2015 period, the local Farmers’ Society will further implement the town’s Action Program for the Resolution 26 of the 10th Party Central Committee  on speeding up agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization, promoting collective economy, household business…
