Over VND 1,400 billion preserved for agriculture encouragement

According to national center for agriculture encouragement, it is expected that VND 1,400 billion will be poured into agriculture encouragement in 2011-15 period. The amount will be paid for 7 programs to encourage planting, husbandry and aqua culture as well as information supports and training.
