Under the movement of “Making solidarity in economic development”, Phu Giao district’s Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) and its membership organizations over the past five years focused on mobilizing people from all strata to actively help each other in economic development via many forms with a total value of more than VND16.2bln. As many as 3,493 poor households were under the above help. Also upon this, the rate of the local poor households as of late 2013 reduced to 2.13%...

Since 2011, under the campaign of “All people joining hands to building new rural areas”, the district’s FFC and its membership organizations have also actively mobilized the local people to get involved in making rural roads with the motto of “The State and people work together”. As a result, 150 works on rural and intra-field traffic with a total length of more than 136km were implemented with more than VND58bln, contributing to reshaping the local rural image and improving the lives of the local farmers.
