Over VND287million raised for Di An’s Fund for the Poor

Di An town’s Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) in the first half of 2016 mobilized more than VND287million from organizations and individuals for the local Fund for the Poor.
The town’s FFC used the fund to build 4 “great unity” houses with a total expense of VND247million and supported VND7million for needy families; teamed up with sectors and mass organizations to visit and present 26,544 gifts worth more than VND14billion to poor, near-poor households, policy beneficiaries, children with extremely difficult circumstances, Agent Orange victims…
