Over VND5.7bln spent on helping women in economic development

Phu Giao district’s Women’s Union last year considered and disbursed VND5.757bln in loan from many difference sources to 3,289 turns of women for economic development.
All 617 female-headed households with difficulties in the district were supported for economic development via many forms. As a result, 225 female-headed households herein escaped poverty by the end of the year.
