Party bloc of provincial agencies and enterprises with many creative ways for the studying, following Uncle Ho

In recent years, Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ bloc has well implemented Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo to continue implementing Directive 05-CT/TW on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and lifestyle. With good, creative, and practical ways, agencies, units, and enterprises have been making good changes in studying and following Uncle Ho.

Be practical and effective

To develop results achieved in 5 years implementing Directive 05-CT/TW, the Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo has been directed and implemented effectively and practically by the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ bloc. Party committees at all levels in this bloc show their efforts, creativity, and innovation in propagation and education in various forms, such as propagation was integrated into seminars, writing contests, contests… For example, the contest to write an example of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and lifestyle attracted nearly 1,000 entries introducing good collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho. At the same time, many good practices and creative ways of doing things continue to be maintained and developed. Typically, an activity named "For employees" has been effectively implemented by branches and grassroots Party committees in enterprises.

Namely, Party Committee of Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company and mass organizations have taken good care of employees’ lives. In addition to well implementation of statutory regimes and policies, Directors Board of the company also issued and implemented many remuneration policies, such as body insurance, income enhancement for employees, mid-shift meal allowance, compensation for toxic exposure…; annually organize trips for employees to relax.

This model has also been effectively implemented in other grassroots Party branches and committees, such as Party branch of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Trade Union, Party branch of Thien Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Party Committee of Becamex IDC... Through this model, the care for employees’ lives is improved, as a result employees can work and do not have to worry anymore, many technical innovations have been applied and put into production, contributing to increase labor productivity, saving costs in production business, making great profits for enterprises.

In addition, grassroots Party branches and committees in administrative agencies, party agencies, mass organizations, public non-business units, and schools focused on launching emulation movements of "Following Uncle Ho" integrated with administrative reform, correcting working habits, improving public service ethics, professional ethics, innovation initiatives, improving work quality and efficiency...

Continue to develop the “following Uncle Ho”

Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ bloc, said that the studying and following Uncle Ho has been closely combined with the implementation of the Party congress resolutions at all levels as well as directives and resolutions, and the Central’s conclusion; Regulation No. 03-QD/TU of Provincial Party Standing Committee on party member’s responsibility of setting an example, especially key officials at all levels. Programs and plans to study and follow Uncle Ho of all levels of Party committees have changed positively and are increasingly penetrating the entire Party Committee. Since then, studying and following Uncle Ho has created a positive change in awareness and action of party members and employees; is becoming a regular and voluntary work of Party committees, leaders of agencies, mass organizations, each Party organization, heads, party members, civil servants, and union members. Many new models and good practices of collectives and individuals in various fields were commended and rewarded, contributing to propagating, replicating, and spreading the learning and following Uncle Ho.

The results achieved in the implementation of Conclusion 01 of the Politburo are very important, contributing to the fight, prevention, and reverse the deterioration of ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution”, "self-transformation" among party members and employees. In the coming time, Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ bloc will continue to develop learning and following Uncle Ho more deeply, practically, and effectively...
