Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies announces decisions on organizational restructuring and personnel

Early February 28, the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies held a conference to announce decisions on organizational restructuring and personnel appointments. The conference was chaired by comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Pernament Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies, in attendance of comrade Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Council, along with other members of provincial Party Standing Committee.

At the conference, the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies announced provincial Party Standing Committee’s decisions regarding the establishment of working agencies under the Party Committee, effective from February 15, 2025. They include the Organization Committee, Office, Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Inspection Committee. Additionally, the Standing Committee’s decision on transferring Party organizations and members from provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee to the grassroots Party Committee of provincial Labor Union was announced. The conference also announced provincial Youth Union Executive Committee’s decision on the establishment of provincial Party Agencies’ Youth Union, along with the appointment of the interim Executive Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretaries.

The Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies also announced the Party Standing Committee’s decisions on the establishment of grassroots Party cells and committees. They include the grassroots Party Committee of provincial People's Council; the grassroots Party Committee of provincial Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission; the grassroots Party cell of the Specialized Agency of the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies; the grassroots Party Committee of provincial People's Court; the grassroots Party Committee of provincial People's Procuracy; the grassroots Party Committee of provincial Labor Union; the grassroots Party cell of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; the grassroots Party Cell of provincial Women's Union; the grassroots Party Cell of provincial Veterans' Association; the grassroots Party Cell of provincial Farmers' Association; the grassroots Party Cell of provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations. These decisions officially take effect from March 1, 2025.

Addressing the conference, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha requested the working agencies of the Party Committee to promptly study, develop and submit to the Party Committee’s Standing Committee for promulgation of regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure as well as coordination mechanisms between agencies for implementation. At the same time, they must advise the Standing Committee on leadership and direction to implement breakthrough initiatives and achieve the assigned tasks for 2025. In the immediate term, they should focus on directing their Party organizations to prepare for and successfully organize congresses for the new term, ensuring both quality and progress as planned.

Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha requested newly established Party organizations to promptly develop working regulations, clearly and specifically assign tasks to ensure smooth and effective operations; urgently adjust, supplement and formulate plans for organizing Party congresses at all levels...
