Party Committee of provincial People's Committee announces decisions on organizational restructuring and personnel affairs

On the afternoon of March 12, the Party Committee of provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational restructuring and personnel affairs. The conference was chaired by comrade Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the Party Committee of provincial People's Committee announced the Party Standing Committee’s decisions on receiving 74 Party organizations and nearly 8,800 Party members; terminating the operations of provincial Cadre Health Protection and Care Committee’s Party Cell as of February 15, 2025; establishing working bodies under the Party Committee, effective from February 15, 2025. These newly established bodies include the Organization Committee, Office, Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Committee and Inspection Committee.

The conference also announced provincial Youth Union Standing Committee’s decision on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of provincial People's Committee. At the same time, personnel appointments for the Executive Committee and the Standing Board were made. Bien Tuan Vu was appointed as Secretary while Pham Thi Ngoc was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of provincial People's Committee.

The Party Committee of provincial People's Committee also announced the Standing Board’s decisions regarding the establishment and appointment of the Executive Committees, Standing Boards, Inspection Committees as well as the Chairpersons and Deputy Chairpersons of the Inspection Committees for the 2020-2025 term of the following affiliated Party cells and committees, including the Party Committee of Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co.Ltd., the Party Committee of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co., the Party Committee of State-Owned Enterprises, the Party Committee of the Department of Finance, the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs, the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training, the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Party Committee of the Department of Construction, the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Party Committee of the Department of Health, the Party Committee of provincial General Hospital, the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and the Party Cell of the Specialized Agency of the Party Committee of provincial People's Committee. The above decisions on establishing Party committees and cells take effect from March 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Vo Van Minh urged the newly established grassroots Party organizations to promptly stabilize their structure, develop and issue working regulations for the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee. He also emphasized the need to assign specific responsibilities to each Party committee member and formulate resolutions to effectively lead and accomplish the tasks set for 2025.

He particularly emphasized that grassroots Party committees must focus on preparing for the grassroots-level Party Congress in accordance with guidelines, ensuring timely and proper completion as required by the province. For units that have already conducted their Party cell congresses, he urged continued leadership in discussions and contributions to the draft documents of the higher-level Party Congress. At the same time, he called on the entire Party Committee to further promote solidarity, dynamism, creativity and a strong commitment to innovation—thinking boldly, acting decisively and daring breaking through for common benefits while strengthening propaganda and mobilization efforts among officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to harness collective strength in successfully achieving the goals, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development in 2025 and the following years.
