Patriotic emulation movements get animated

In order to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, improve the effectiveness of the production emulation movement, contributing to completing and exceeding its production and business plan for 2023, since early this year, Dau Tieng One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd. has launched emulation movements among officials and workers. These emulation movements have received active participation, contributing to the effective implementation of goals and tasks for 2023.

Completing, exceeding targets

Upholding results done in 2022 while being determined to make many excellent achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays and important events in 2023, Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co.Ltd.'s emulation and commendation council has launched a production emulation movement to complete and exceed targets of the production and business plan for 2023. Accordingly, the company has set targets of exploiting 27,200 tons of latex, reaching the average yield of 1.58 tons per hectare; purchasing 10,000 tons of latex from small plantations, processing 37,145 tons of latex, consuming 35,145 tons of latex; taking better care of more than 17,200 hectares of business gardens, nearly 5,160 hectares of basic construction gardens, replanting over 486 hectares in accordance with technical procedures, with 100% of survival trees; fully and promptly resolving policies and regimes for employees.

The company has focused on taking good care of the lives of officers and employees; had reasonable labor arrangements, ensuring stable jobs for employees; strived for the average income of VND 9.2 million per person per month or more; well performed the work of labor protection, safety and hygiene, ensuring a "green, clean, beautiful" and safe working environment for employees.

To well implement the set goals and tasks, the company’s units, based on the actual situation, have set up plans and emulation programs, organized emulation registration; closely coordinated with mass organizations to build many exciting emulation movements, including emulating to successfully complete assigned targets; emulating and upholding initiatives and creativity in all aspects; emulating to practice good skills; emulating in thrift practice and fight against corruption and wastefulness; emulating to build a healthy, cultural lifestyle against social evils; emulating in protection of property, environment, national defense - security and labor safety...

Emulation movements towards grassroots

Under the joint plan on launching emulation movements among officials and employees in 2023 between the Trade Union Standing Committee and General Director of Dau Tieng One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd., over the past time, relevant units promptly encouraged officials and employees to further promote emulation, being proactive, creative, and improving working methods; strengthen scientific research, improve production, apply scientific & technical advances and information technology to production and business, practice thrift, combat waste and reform administrative procedures; accompanied businesses, taking care of workers ‘lives, ensuring their jobs and incomes, contributing to well implementing the company's targets and tasks.

In addition, officers and employees in the company upheld the spirit of solidarity and strived to successfully complete tasks while actively participating in emulation movements, with focus on "Working well, working creatively”, "Upholding initiatives, technical innovations", "Good at workplace, responsible for housework", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene", "Good advice, good service", "Building units at cultural standards", "Developing homebased business", "Building grassroots cultural institutions”; mobilized workers to uphold the movement of "Practicing skills – Emulating for good workers"... In addition, the movement of “officials and workers practicing thrift, promoting home-based economic development to increase income and overcome difficulties, completing assigned tasks was also strongly implemented at the grassroots level.

Cultural, artistic and sports movements serve to improve the spiritual life of employees, build the spirit of solidarity... were seriously implemented by the company’s units, contributing to taking care of the material and spiritual lives of officers and employees. On the other hand, the company's officers and employees are continuing to participating in exceeding the target of 550 initiatives, contributing to completing the target of 6,000 initiatives of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union under the "One million initiatives" program organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and actively carried out activities to welcome trade union congresses at all levels and the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union for the 2023-2028 tenure.

The trade union locals of the company’s units were also proactive to organize the selection for the title of "Outstanding worker in the rubber industry", the "Red Phu Rieng" badges, awards, the "Vietnam Rubber" badge, awards; supported officials and employees to implement initiatives, replicated examplary role-models and recommended the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union to praise and reward them. From 2021 to September 2023, the entire company developed 142 topics and solutions recognized at the grassroots level and 6 topics and solutions recognized at the corporate level. Upholding the tradition of solidarity, officers and employees of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. are trying their best to excellently complete 2023’s targets, creating a foundation for successfully implementing the Resolution of the company’s 14th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.
