Peak month for the poor 2022 initiated in Tan Uyen town

On October 11, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Uyen town held a ceremony to launch the Peak Month for the Poor in 2022.

At the ceremony, leaders of the town's Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee launched the Peak Month for the Poor to mobilize agencies, departments, mass organizations, businesses, and benefactors to support resources for the poor and disadvantaged people in the town during the peak month and towards the "Tet for the poor" program in 2023. Besides, the town's Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee received funding and expressed gratitude to businesses, philanthropists who have supported the Fund for the Poor and the social security work in 2022.

On this occasion, the town's Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee organized the VND-0 market fair to give 200 gifts to needy people; each part includes vegetables, fruits, necessities and rice. The total cost of market fair is more than VND 100 million.
