People contribute over VND 3 billion to building roads

Under the "civilized road" model in 2022, Bau Bang district had 5 out of 7 Party committees of communes and towns mobilizing people to build cement roads and upgraded depraved roads.

This activity received the active participation of the grassroots Party committees and a large number of officials, Party members, Youth Union members and people. As a result, 11 roads with a total length of nearly 5,000meters were upgraded with a total cost of more than VND 9.4 billion, including over VND3 billion from people, nearly VND6 billion from businesses and donors. The investment in upgrading roads contributed to better serving people's lives, limiting traffic accidents and gradually improving the quality of a number of the local new-style rural construction criteria.
