Perennial plants locally cover 138,279 ha

Up to date, perennial plants have increased by 1% from 2009 to cover 138,279 ha, of which rubber trees are accounted for 129,040 ha. Other areas for other kinds of plants declined due to low income from economic models of those plants.
Meanwhile, annual plants have covered 28,936 ha which is 2.8% lower than previous year.
