Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee has just submitted to Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism the proposal for verification of items and profiles of items before submitting to the Prime Minister to approve national relic status against the wooden weaving loom of Phu Chanh.
The items found at the archeology site of Phu Chanh include the Phu Chanh’s wooden weaving loom being on display at Binh Duong Provincial Museum.
The sets of items include 23 items discovered during archeology excavation at Phu Bung Hamlet, Phu Chanh Commune, Tan Uyen from 2000 to 2001.
According to Provincial Museum, the item sets are especially rare and model for historic B.C. and A.D. eras of the land at Phu Chanh, Binh Duong which is in the larger area of Southern Region of Vietnam.
