The union organized 74 campaigns themed “Volunteer Saturday”, “Green Sunday”, expedited youth works by mobilizing people to keep environmental hygiene as well as mobilized 2,855 youths to dredge canals.

In addition, the union well implemented the movement of “Youth volunteers for social welfare” to mobilize youths to donate 126 units of blood. Typically, youths of Ton Ngoc Phuong, Tran Van Loi and Nguyen Van Kiem donated their blood from 7-16 times. Until now, the union has set up 29 youth sub-unions, groups with the attendance of 437 youngsters.

With the slogan of “Phu Cuong ward youths volunteer and determine to build Phu Cuong into a civilized and modern urban area”, in the term of 2014-2019, the ward youth union will continue to strengthen efficiency of solidarity work and youth gathering, to foster revolutionary morality and improve knowledge and skills and health for youths and so on.
