Phu Giao district eyes 12.18% surge of industrial and handicraft production values

In 2022, despite being significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the district's production and business activities have basically recovered and achieved tremendous encouraging results.

Specifically, the value of agro-forestry production was estimated at VND 5,455 billion, increasing by 7.31% over the same period; production value of the whole industry - handicraft sector was estimated at VND 5,180 billion, increasing by 12.18% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and services reached VND 10,305 billion, increasing by 21.01% over the same period. Phu Giao district has effectively implemented the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program; so far in the district 4 4-star products and 16 3-star products have been established on 3 orange and grapefruit products and pepper with a certificate of collective trademark protection granted.
