Phu Giao district implements 16 programs to assist disadvantaged youth

The Organizing Committee of Project on Propaganda and Drug Prevention and Control of Phu Giao District has held a summary of the implementation of Project "Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Duong Province participates in propagandizing and preventing drugs for children and adolescents" in the district for the period 2022-2025.

During this period, the district project's Organizing Committee established 14 "Companion" clubs; maintained legal aid clubs for youth, mobile propaganda, branches, clubs, teams, and groups on drug and social evil prevention of Youth Union; coordinated participation in transforming the area, educating and reforming backward youth.

In addition, the project's Organizing Committee also launched a campaign to mobilize the entire population to actively participate in implementing the "3 no's to drugs" campaign, the "All people participate in the fight against drug crimes" movement; organized more than 30 propaganda campaigns, 45 propaganda programs, and legal advice in localities; 6 journeys to light up faith. 100% of commune and town project organizers registered to educate and reform slow-learning youth. Communes and towns maintained effective operations of 16 models to help disadvantaged youth union members and youth, such as: club "Lighting up the faith", programs of "Self-reliance", "Golden hearts"...

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 groups and 10 individuals; the District Project Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 groups and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the project.
