Phu Giao District Labor Federation establishes Service Vehicle Union

As implementing the direction of the Provincial Labor Federation on establishing a grassroots union in the informal sector, the Phu Giao District Labor Federation has announced the establishment of the Service Vehicle Union with the participation of 32 voluntary workers.

The Service Vehicle Union was established on the basis of local drivers of service vehicles with less than 30 seats in order to create conditions for employees to participate in professional organizations, share, and help each other in work as well as in life; ensure that employees and service vehicle drivers are treated equally in employment policies, working conditions, salaries, etc.

Through the union, the strength of the labor collective will also be strengthened, contributing to enhancing the position of union organization, contributing to the overall development of Phu Giao district.
