Phu Giao District launches activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day

On the morning of October 1, in Phuoc Vinh town (Phu Giao district), the launching ceremony of activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day and Phu Giao District Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in 2024 took place.

Accordingly, communication activities in response to Digital Transformation Day will take place from September 15 to October 31 (peaking from October 1 to 10), ensuring that they are consistent with the purpose, meaning, and theme of Digital Transformation Day 2024. 

People's Committees of communes and towns direct the Community Digital Technology Team; teams, groups, and youth volunteer groups to take part in digital transformation to launch the campaign "Going to every alley, knocking on every door, helping each person to use services and applications to develop the digital economy and digital society" during the peak period of helping people to use services and applications to develop the digital economy and digital society such as: using online public services, cashless payments, e-commerce platforms, applying AI to daily life, etc.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phu Giao district organized an online contest to learn about knowledge about digital transformation in the district in 2024 with the theme "Digital application to develop digital economy"; VNPT Vinaphone Phu Giao and Viettel Phu Giao supported the provision of 4G SIM cards for the Community Digital Technology Team and helped people to convert 2G mobile network to 4G to ensure communication.
