Phu Giao grants over 8,300 medical insurance cards for the needy

Since the start of this year, Phu Giao district granted more than 8,300 medical insurance cards to the poor, elderly and more.
On the past Tet holiday, Phu Giao district held gift visits to the privileged, contributors, cadres getting the 40-year Party insignias, soldiers working at islands, poor households, needy alien workers with the total cost of VND420mn.
In addition, communes and townships mobilized to grant 1,321 gifts to privileged people, contributors and poor people. In the first quarter of this year alone, Phu Giao district donated allowances for 3,410 people.
