Phu Giao is home to 188 farmsteads

Phu Giao district now has a total of 188 farmsteads meeting regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MoARD) with 1,240 laborers and more than 1,528 hectares. Their annual value of agro-forestry and fishery production is estimated at more than VND1,33trillion…
One of reasons leading to a reduction in the number of farmsteads in the district over the past time was their scale narrowed and a part of their area separated. The plunge of rubber latex price also made many local farmsteads not to reach their yearly revenue in accordance with the MoARD’s Circular No.27/2011 on criteria for the formation of farmsteads.
