Phu Giao sets up cooperative group on growing netted muskmelons

Recently, the People's Committee of Phuoc Vinh town in Phu Giao district has established a new cooperative group on growing netted muskmelons. Phuoc Vinh cooperative group on growing netted muskmelons melon now has 30 members who are farmers growing netted muskmelons under high technology and VietGAP process.

According to the district’s Agricultural Service Center, establishing the cooperative group is the right direction in line with the district's development orientation of high-tech and urban agriculture. The establishment of the cooperative group will be a premise for the formation of products to participate in the “One commune, One product” (OCOP) Program while promoting the strong development of the chain of product consumption links of netted muskmelons growing households in the district in general and Phuoc Vinh town in particular.
