Phu Giao War Veterans ‘Association supports VND2.3billion in non-interest loan for members

Over the past five years, Phu Giao district’s War Veterans ‘Association and its branches mobilized well-off households to offer help to needy ones by many forms such as creating stable jobs, giving non-interest loans for production…with more than VND2.3billion.

The association also maintained and contributed more than VND3.63billion in rotated loan for 942 members to develop production; contributed more than VND6.57billion to its fund and helped 348 members get low interest loans for economic development; created stable jobs for 960 laborers.

In addition, the association helped 53 member households escape from poverty. As of late 2019, the rate of poor member households accounted for 0.05% of total and there were no more households in need of housing.
