Implementing work of illiterate control, the district reached standards on pre-school and secondary education universalizations in the previous years.   Collectives and individuals are honored for their achievements of high school education universalization.

To reach standards on high school education universalization, the locality mobilized 89.9% of teenagers aged 15-18 to pursue high school level.
