 The whole company now has 5,772 staffs. Last year, the company spent VND474bln on paying salary for its staffs with the average salary of more than VND6.8mln per capita per month…

 The company also paid attention to providing healthcare for its staffs, especially female ones; well realized the policies on insurance, labor protection.... with total money spent of more than VND38bln; teamed up with mass organizations to organize culture-sport activities, tours for its staffs with total cost of more than VND9bln.

 Such these apart, the company launched the economic development movement among its staffs with total loan of VND490mln and provided them with VND16.1bln in loan on credit. As a result, each household’s average income was estimated at VND15mln per capita per year.

 

In 2011, the company will strive to reach the average income per capita of more than 6.8mln per capita per month; sufficiently solve the policies for its staffs; strive to reach the average income per household of VND20mln per year…
