Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC: Nearly 500 households of workers supported capital to upgrade houses

The Trade Union of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (JSC) said that after 5 years of implementing a policy of supporting capital for homebased economic development, building, repairing and upgrading houses, the company has provided loans to 529 households for homebased economic development from the company's welfare fund with the amount of nearly VND4 billion. Through the policy, the company’s average household economic income over the past 5 years reached VND32million  per household per year. In addition, 499 households borrowed capital to upgrade their houses with the amount of VND 4.84 billion by installment payment method.

It is known that over the past 5 years, the company's Trade Union organized tours for 14,228 officials and workers with a total cost of more than VND17 billion.
